Clean production
All production equipment and materials are specially selected and designed to reduce their environmental impact in terms of waste, energy consumption and sound annoyance.

 

Sorting of production waste and recovery of its value are a priority. The Group has its own in-house waste treatment facility and follows the industrial waste follow-up procedures (BSDI). The implementation of a composting facility for organic waste from food production is under development.

 

Materials using heat or combustion likely to generate smoke are not used at any stage of the production process. Waste from gas-fired air heaters used for heating warehouses is inspected annually and in conformity with regulations.

 

Cleaning water is inspected by an independent testing laboratory and in compliance with the standards required by applicable regulations.
 

 

Did you know? The use of the 500 kg Big Bag made of reusable polypropylene in production was replaced with 25 kg plastic bags, generating waste savings.
